[hydrogel researcher]

hi, Can someone please explain the protocol used to seed cells in hydrogels. With my limited experience though i tried seeding cells, it just migrated down all the way and preferes to attach on the bottom of a 24-well plate. Seeding cells into a freeze dried hydrogel also failed. Please please help. thank you very much.

Try first adding a small drop of the cell suspension in the surface of the hydrogel (this have to be done slowly avoiding any spillage of the cell suspension outside your hydrogel),  left incubate for half and hour and thn fill up all the  hydrogel with media, this is that i do with 3d cell culture hydrogels, hope it works.
