Hi there,
I used electroporation transformation to introduce pCP20 into BL21 DE3 and get no colony on the selective meium. but when I did the same procedure with K strains like K12, it works well. I don't know why. Does anybody have a great idea to make the transformation successful?

play around with the voltage and pulse length, or even the number of pulses.
by the way, you incubate ur cells at what temperature?
