Does anyone use 11f 1392r to amplify bacterial 16S?
I want to check the purity of my bacterial culture (cloning and sequencing will be followed) but got two bands on gel (~750bp and ~1400bp).
What is the 750bp amplicon? Have been working on this for 2 weeks...Help! thank you.
