Hi Guys

I have a great problem with my real-time RT PCR. It begins with the RNA isolation - I use NucleoSpin kit to isolate RNA and protein from leukocytes. Unfortunately according to the NanoDrop measure I don't get any RNA ( to be exact about 200 ng with very poor quality). But when I continue with reverse transcription ( according to Nano Drop I get ~ 300 ng/ul cDNA) and real-time PCR I get very nice and reproducible charts. How can it be possible? What do you think, are those results reliable?

Thank you for any advice!
