Hello!

I have the ImageQuant 5.2 software. I need to know how to use it.

Somebody have the user guide of this software?. Otherwise, somebody have a easy method to quantify macroarray. This is a oligoarray from Superarray company (112 genes).

I don't sure how I must to substract the background and how to use the housekeeping genes.
