i'm lookin for a protocol to extract microRNAs from FFPE.
i've tried TRIzol, which works gread for fresh frozen material. but applied to ffpe my results aren't very satisfying when using less than 10 5µm sections, which is way too much.
does anyone have a workin protocol?
