[epigenetics]

Hello,

I am asking for inputs from others who are using different kits for DNA extraction.
I am working with human skin fibroblast and using Sigma kit to extract DNA, DNA quality is very good. But yield is not that good.
I am looking for if there is anybody who is using this cells and extracting DNA using kit, then how much yield they are getting?
What are the kits you recommend for having good quality and good yield of DNA?
