every time when i treat NF-kB inhibitor 5microM to my cell lines.
after 24 hours, all cells died, so that i can't collect any protein lysate.
how can i prevent this terrible event.

increase my cell number or use lower concentrate inhibitor.
i need some advice, thanks a lot

Hi Sunlen,

perhaps you can perform some preliminary study such as MTT assay to identify the IC50 for NF-kB inhibitor you used towards your cell.
