Hello all,

please tell me how to prepare probes for taqman quantitative RT-PCR assay. is there any primer design software ?? is taqman asay can be multiplexed ? i mean can i investigate 3 or 4 regions of interest in a single reaction (as i dont have much DNA after BS conversion)
