Does anyone know how to draw a graph which has same multiple data points in one of the axis, when we draw a graph it takes all the similar data points and draws a single line from one point. But I want all the multiple points being represented.

I am attaching two graphs here. One has the multiple points being shown and the other is the one which has a single line from the multiple point.

any help would be appreciated.
