clon characterization

plz anybody reply me when we are talking about monoclonal antibody characterization or colon characterization ,what it mean or its better to say how we can do it? thanks

not sure to what level you want to charaterize the clone...??
could i ask you..what is the objective??? is a very primary charaterization would do???

Hi, thanks for pm  I couldn't see any article attached, please resend it . Objective is clone characterization  :unsure:  but I am trying to understand what it really means and what levels it has as you mentioned which level. Once again thanks
