HI Everyone,

               Actually in our lab i am growing Gp293 Luc cells...there are many Problems with them ....i splitted them in 1:4, n 1:3 ratios ....after 48 hours also they are not at all confluent. they are growing with lot of empty spaces and sharp edges. what might be the reason for this???? n some times there lot of dead cells ...i donno why???

Could you supply a picture so that we can see what you are looking at and the growth conditions?


Are they under some sort of selection process (e.g G418)?
