Hi,
I transfected my mouse macrophages two weeks back with a GFP-plasmid using Amaxa electroporator and found almost 80% efficiency, which seems unbelievable. However, now when I transfected again last week, there is no transfection or may be around 10% only. Any ideas what could have gone wrong??
