Hi,

I wanted to check cell viability (death, dying and living cells) of a tumor, in living tissue.
Are there specialist, who know how to do this?

try looking for references for this assay NADH-diaphorase Cell Viability Analysis. As you search, you 'll see that it is  a histochemical method where the tissue has to be frozen.
