Hi all
Im a new member.Im new too for invitro transcription also.I used T7 polymerase to do the invitro and Im getting one single band which corresponds to the size of the linearized vector with the insert.Besides that Im having a very ..... faint band.Pl help me to get a good desired band.After digestion I cleaned the DNA with PCI.Any suggestions
