When I put an andibody overnight in 4c , how long can I put it?
it will be ok if it will be for 24h?

Most of my antibodys are stored at 4 degrees and others are frozen at -24 or -80 degrees for long times (years).

Overnight should be fine. For extended periods incorporate a preservative such as azide or thimerosal or proclin.
Some Mabs will precipitate if frozen.

Sometimes I just left the blot with the antibody at 4ºC for 48h (some weekends I forgot the blot!!
) and it was ok (normally I add Azide to my primary antibody dilution)
