Hi,
What is the difference between Fetal bovine serum and bovine serum? can i replace FBS wit BS in a protocol used FBS?

The two most signifacant differennce will be the low concentration of immune proteins and higher concentrations of growth factors

You cannot replace FBS with BS except in special circumstances, the cells typically need the growth factors provided by the FBS, that BS doesn't have.

Hi dude, just do it, I mean try to replace FBS with BS and see the effect on your cell culture, maybe it able to work properly on your cells.
we usually use FBS to culture stem cells, but it interesting to do in the different way
tell me later what will happened with your cells?, Ok dude
