Hi,
if i changed the medium every day, do i need for co2 incubator?
please answer me, i am new in stem cell culture.

which stem cells are you culturing? If those are human embryonic stem cell, they are very sensitive so you have to use incubator with CO2 and temperature control. In fact, I would put all my cell cultures in the incubator.

I think u still need CO2 incubator, because it's so important to stabilize the pH medium, especially if your medium contain Sodium Bicarbonate.
