Hi,

Would anybody have any comments on the half-life of transfected (synthetic) pre-miRNAs and miRNA inhibitors in cells? This information is quite hard to find.
The cells I personally use are NT2/D1 and 2102Ep cells. I use the Pre-miRNAs from Ambion and miRIDIAN inhibitors from Dharmacon.
