Dear scientists,

I have been working on a novel Transcription factor that might contribute in tumorigenesis of ovarian cancer. I have already developed overexpressing stable clone and performed some functional assay. I have found that overexpressing this transcription factor promote cell migration and invasion. I am wondering if there are any protein that might involve in cell migration and invasion?? The transcirption factor that i am working is involved in wnt/Beta-catenin pathway .

I am now lookng into  any downstream targets that might be regulated by this trasnscrption factor and promote migration.  Any suggestion will be welcomed

Thanks so much........ :)
