I知 not sure if the probe値l fluoresce by itself or if it has to be detected using a conjugated anti-fluoorescein AP (or other). So, do I need to acquire the anti-fluorescein?

We plan to do some labelled probes for In situ hybridization using fluorescein-12-UTP (Fluorescein RNA Labeling Mix from roche).
I知 not sure if the probe値l fluoresce by itself or if it has to be detected using a conjugated anti-fluoorescein AP (or other). So, do I need to acquire the anti-fluorescein?
