So I have treated some cells with 5 Aza dc and am looking for a good imprinted gene that normally is repressed in terminally differentiated fibroblasts. Any good ideas out there?

thanks, Matt.

Hey Matt,

So I did my 5aza dC experiments by using the H19 DMR as a control for loss in DNA methylation and it works pretty well using primary human fibroblast cell line.
cheers
