Hi,

Coul someone double check my concentrations:

I have a vial of 5-azacytidine from Sigma (catalogue no.: A 1287).  The vial says 50X concentration and have to add 10ml medium to give 500uM. The working concentration in 10um.

If I need a working concentration of 10um in a total volume of 2ml:

40ul of 50X stock plus 1960ul of medium ?
