hi all,
I need to choose the best sybr green master mix which would amplify minimum amount of template cDNA -around 1-5 ng.
I do not have enough material to be able to repeat the qPCR.
Routinely I've been using the AB sybr fast, but now we have also Roche LightCycler® 480 SYBR Green I Master (and Roche 480 cycler available)
as well as Qiagen QuantiFast SYBR Green PCR Kit available.
Any suggestions from experts?
