Morning!
I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on what NOT to do during an antibody purification from crude serum? I found 2 protocols online and im going to try them out but since ive never done it before I was just wondering if maybe there are certain things that speed up or affect the quality etc etc

dialyze, dialyze, dialyze...you don't want to muck up your column with teeny proteins you don't care about.

filter to remove any particulates (eg-denatured proteins).
