I have got TEMED thatīs still within certified shelf life. Colour looks OK but I see small flakes at the bottom of the bottle. Should I sue it for my gels?

it appears if itīs stored in the fridge, goes away when warned to RT

Good tat u found out yourself... but i wonder why u were storing it in the cold??!!!
