Dear all ,
I am using Replication competent avian virus (RCAS) as a tool to deliver my transgene . I made RCAS-GFP and checked the titer , titer was 5*10(power 7), now when I am trying to inject it into chicken at stage 10 ,after 24 hrs there is no GFP expression visible .
can anyone tell me what would be the problem in this case . was titer went down ?

can you please tell me ... what are the reasons behind this .. because all aliquots were frozen in -80 degree .
