Hi,

I would have a question to the extinction coefficient of short oligonucleotides. Is it enough to take the general conversion factor of 33 or should I calculate it with the individually calculated one (nearest neighbour method). If I compare the two obtained values the concentrations are usually only half of the ones with the general coefficient (33). I am a bit unsure now which concentration is the more reliable.

Hope somebody can help me.
