I have a elementary question, I am new in protein quantification, I expressed some proteins in CHO cells and extablish different clones now I need to compare expression level of my protein between different clones and chose the one with highest expression, I know different techniqus like elisa western blotting anf flow cytometry are used in this regard, but I dont know which is more accurate and more sensetive
because my expression level is probably very low.
