I need to prepare the curd(yogurt) using Lactococcus lactis....and i am lil confused how to go about...does anyone know how to do it.

I've never taught an intro lab so I don't really know. But can't you just add some of your bacteria to your milk and keep it warm for several hours? That's how I make yogurt!
