Hi All,
        I have been trying to transfect according to mfgr's protocols, my tagged construct in a Pac1 digested Adeno vector (invitrogen) into HEK293A cells. A control GFP vector (3 KB)  transfects upto 80% efficiently. I have been unable to get CPE with transfection of 1 microgram digested DNA transfection even after 15 days. Has anybody had to play with construct concentrations and lipo 2000 concentrations to get transfection and subsequently CPE within 10 days? Unfortunately, the LacZ Adeno control vector also is not showing CPE in 10 days.
