desalting amino acids

Hi,I need to desalt a deuteriated amino acid sample that has ~50% NaCl by weight.I would appreciate advice if anyone has experience in desalting amino acids.Thank you very much!

you may want to try desalting by gel filtration. i would suggest using sephadex g10 for the molecular weights you are working with. i would also suggest making the height of your column as tall aspossible to get better separation.
