i have isolated one promoter from arabidopsis plant and i wish to see the cis elements and transcription factors , but im unable to do so ,can anyone plz suggest me any software that can generate the reqd data.

try searching http://www.oxfordjou...nar/database/a/ for transcription factor databases.  TRANSFAC is one that I vaguely recall.
