Hi all,

Im getting a wierd background in past two souther blots. I get a cloudy background in the exact top half of blot.   This is not surely because of the membrane overlaping, because there is no chance of overlaping the top with bottom end of membrane in the hyb. tube. Any views or suggestions to overcome this problem? greatly appreciated.
