Can i reuse pipette tips without filter in real time pcr.

with or without i wud not recommend reusing the pipette tips for real time analysis!!!!
Support bacteria - They are the only culture some people have!!!

No! In our lab we do buy bulk tips and rack them ourselves (with gloves on) to save $. It sucks but it is cheaper.
