Came across this one. Thought somebody might find it interesting. I should also mention that I have not tried it yet. If you try this please post your results so that others could benifit.

Hey,
Thanks for sharing the pdf with us. Really nice to read.
Btw, I had faced the problem of transfering a low molecular weight protein close to 12 kDa to 0.45 u Nitrcellulose membrane.
But then shifting to 0.25 u membrane, solved the issue.
