Hi,

my friends told me some competent cells are recommended for specific plasmids. just wondering what competent cell is recommended for pEGFP or pFLAG plasmids? can TOP10 be used for all? why some people chose other competent cells like JM109 or DH5a? why not have a universal competent cell?
