Hi there,
I want to culture hematopoietic stem cell and leukemic stem cell, most of the articles are using 50-100 ng/ml of SCF, TPO, and FLT3, to proliferate the cells but the differentiation also occur in about the second week of culturing, I'd like to proliferate the cell and maintain the cells without differentiation , but i think this is too difficult, so I am willing to use just 10ng/ml of the mentioned cytokines.
My question how long would the cells (CD34) maintain their stem cellness before they go for differentiation with the 10ng/ml?
Anyone has a better protocol to get the cell proliferate with reduced differentiation rate, plz share!!!

Thank you for your help in advance
