Hi All,

We have been using Yeast tRNA (from Invitrogen) in hybridization buffer for doing mRNA in-situ hybridization on frozen tissue sections .
I need to make some more hybridization buffer urgently, but have run out of Yeast tRNA, and it will take some while before I can order some more.  :P
Is it absolutely essential to have yeast tRNA in Hyb buffer? Is there any alternative i can use? I do have yeast total RNA (Invitrogen).. will that work?
Please help
