Hi all,

I'm a medicine student just started on a project where we grow myeloma cells into matrigel. I've been finding
out good and reliable ways to quantify cellgrowth in matrigel. I tried out counting cells manually and with Facs and bumped in
some problems with dissolving matrigel. I found out that matrigel can be dissolved with EDTA-PBS but still the counting remains a problem
(numbers not reproducable/reliable etc etc). Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this problem? Some essays to overcome
this problem? Thanks in advance!

Greetings harrinho
