Also, I have heard that DNA can cause false positives and/or false negatives with different endotoxin assays. I would greatly appreciate any input on this.

Does anyone know if Biowhittaker's QCL-1000 endpoint endotoxin assay can be used to measure endotoxin samples in plasmid DNA preps? THIS IS NOT THE KINETIC ASSAY.
