Is there a simple way to determine the density of cells. In particular, I have been given some eugena cells in an aqueous solution. I need to determine the density of the cells. I am doing a fluid dynamic study of the cells on a shaker table, but for this study I need to temporarily replace the cells with particles. In order to do that, I have to know the density of the cells relative to the aqueous solution.
Thanks for any help. This is simply an attempt to determine this information simply and quickly.
