hey guys,
I was hoping someone could help me with the following problem:
I have lyophilized oligonucleotide (primer), which is 37885 Picomoles and I want to make it 100 micromolar final concentration. Could someone kindly take the time to explain how to go about doing this.

Easiest way is to take the number of nanomoles multiply this by ten then add that amount in microliters of PCR grade water or TE.
For example you have 37885 picomoles which is 37.885 nanomoles. Multiply that by ten and you get 378.85. Therefore you need to add 378.85 microliters of liquid to your lyophilised primer
