Hi all,
Had anyone done hemagglutination using human blood and bacteria before?
I was trying to do it but seems that I had some problems.
I wonder anyone can suggest a good protocol for me, especially on how to treat the red blood cells prior hemagglutination.
Btw, did anyone know the function of papain in treating human blood? I had seen some protocols which did not using papain work in hemagglutination test but not for my case.
Any ideas and suggestions? Thanks.
Need help in Hemagglutination test

Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are a good person is like expecting the lion not to attack you because you are a vegetarian.
