im new in molecular bilogy, i had amplified DNA product by primer that has high G,C content designated by garovic et al.2003. to get 107bp, i run the agrose gel 2.5%, then i got two band in the expected site,,,why two bands? plz help

Hi
Most probably You have a primer dimers.
Do You see one of the bands on no template control?
