Dear all,

The decomposition of xenobiotic would be possible by either aerobic or anaerobic respiration, but with one of the both would be able to break down the most (wides variation) xenobiotics?

I would think the aerobic respiration because for the anaerobic respiration you need simple organic molecules in the proces.
But I am not sure if this is a good reason to think aerobic respiration would be more beneficial.

anyone an idea?
