how to extract protein from agarose?

I seeded cells in agarose to let them being mechanical stimulated.  Now I want to extract protein from the cells to do iTRAQ analysis to see whether protein expression is changed after mechanical stimulation.  Dose anybody know how to extract protein from agarose?
