I run the 9% big gel overnight at 50V, but high molecular protein and marker disappeared, lower molecular proteins are ok.
what is the problem? running buffer?
any suggestion will be appreciated!

how high mw? are you sure they entered the gel?
maybe they are diffuse.
how do you visualize (coomassie, silver, immunostain)?
is there enough to detect?
