FBS Annexin staining

Hi I was hoping someone could answer what is probably a basic question regarding Annexin V/PI staining- nobody in my lab seems to know. Does fetal bovine serum interfere with annexin V/PI staining or acquisition of data by flow cytometry?

I have never noticed a problem with Annexin V staining in the presence of FBS.  I do my staining in complete media (dmem-10%)
