Hi Everybody,

I have to determine the mitochondrial ATP production using kinetic luciferase assay (each point measured for 5 minutes). Can anybody help me how can I calculate the ATP production (mol/min/mg) exactly? The luciferase uses the ATP produced by the mitochondrion, so I get an exponential decay curve (X-axis = time, y-axis = luminescent intensity).
